Susan’s philosophy is to work closely with athletes in their ability to focus as well as strategic thinking.

"Susan Hefler is a fabulous coach. She has a keen instinct when it comes to bike racing and each individual’s strengths and needs. Her hands-on approach has helped me to not only meet, but to surpass my own goals by pushing me exactly the right amount and always being responsive to my questions and my fears about racing and training. Although I don’t really want to share her with the rest of the world, I do recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone wishing to excel in leaps and bounds in cycling or any other sport."

Evan Fader
Cycling Coach

A certified USA Cycling Coach, Evan's approach to coaching combines a mix of on-the-bike technical and tactical instruction, bio-mechanical analysis, and nutrition and race preparation direction.

Evan's philosophy is that while cycling requires a lot of hard work and dedication, part of being a good coach means keeping your athletes motivated, fresh, and excited about getting on the bike for whatever endeavor—whether it be racing, training for a century, or mountain biking with friends.

Evan began his own racing career at Penn State University where he rode for the collegiate cycling team and received his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Evan left behind an 8-5 job with the Navy working on high tech EOD robots to pursue his passion for cycling 100%—as a bike shop business-owner, elite racer, and talented coach.
